Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a partial refund or exchange.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. SEO and Maintenance services which have been completed according to the signed agreement cannot be refunded. The deposit for website design/development is non-refundable. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Initial deposit to begin working on the project.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Final work has not been completed or delivered and you wish to cancel further work on the project. You will receive any payments made over the initial deposit.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days. Bank processing may take longer.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
